After years of working in the field of dispute resolution along with the Better Business Bureau, we found a better way to protect the consumers and also businesses by filtering out frivilous complaints. The Internet Trade Commission addresses the concerns of the consumers and business owners with an unbiased outcome.

While understanding there is a real need for the consumer to be protected, we found a pattern of some consumers launching unfounded claims against businesses. These unfounded claims were being presented to the Better Business Bureau in hopes of receiving a refund or some type of entitlement of benefits. We take every complaint very seriously and do our best to resolve them in the best interest of both the consumer and the business owners. Unlike the Better Business Bureau, we do not lower a company rating solely on the basis that there was a compliant issued against them. We work diligently to gather all the facts from the consumer complaint and then investigate the business practices to determine if there are any violations in the terms and agreement. We then work towards a fair resolution of the complaint for both parties.

Our mission is simple: To provide consumers and businesses an unbiased third party to evaluate and resolve complaints on their behalf. We provide a solution that works towards keeping customers happy while continuing to uphold the integrity of a business operating within the highest ethical standards in their industry.
